submitted by TAWANNA W. - |Recommended: NoAuden Upstate Apartments has done nothing to allow its residents to relax, recharge, or excel. The environment has not been safe, the property appearance has not been up-kept, and nothing has been done to answer any complaints that have been submitted. When I visited the complex, I was shocked. There was trash everywhere, the hammocks were turned over, people were sitting on the steps with music blasting and smoking drinking alcohol. The entire atmosphere seemed very scary and unsafe. Not to mention, the shooting that occurred this weekend. I am truly afraid for the safety of my child and hate the day we moved her into Auden Upstate University. It has been nothing but a nightmare.

submitted by Caroline P. - |Recommended: NoI absolutely hate this place. People are so loud during the day and at night and have no respect for others. The staff is never available and do not care about their residents. There is no security and it is not a safe place to live. I can’t wait to move out because this place is absolutely horrible.

I love my roommates they did a great job picking girls i would get along with and the best part is my room and the overall layout of the apartment. I am definitely resigning a lease here.

submitted by Amber L. - |Recommended: YesWonderful Location for USC Upstate Students — Auden is a great alternative to the existing off-campus housing for my daughter. We got a great deal on security deposit application, and the process was easy. We are both super excited for her to move in.
